Lansinoh warm and cool breast gel pad provides relief from pain associated with various breastfeeding issues.

It can be used as a warm or cool compress, on its own or with a breast pump.

The flexible and reusable breast gel pad contains a soft fabric cover that can be comfortably placed inside a bra, providing relief from pain.

Warm compress helps alleviate milk flow issues and mastitis. It can be used before breastfeeding if breasts are engorged, or before pumping to help release milk ducts and stimulate milk flow. Simply heat the pad according to the instructions on the package (max. 16 seconds in the microwave).

Cool compress provides relief from pain due to swelling or painful breast engorgement. The compress can be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer.

When used in combination with a breast pump, it helps release milk ducts, speeding up and facilitating milk flow. When using with a breast pump, attach the compress around the pump flange and secure it with a clip.

According to medical recommendations, the breast gel pad should be used for a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. Once applied, it can be cleaned with mild soap, detergent, or alcohol.
